Jesse saw this need firsthand with his 12 years as college recruiter who specialized in enrolling students into degree programs at the Master and Bachelors level that had a focus on cyber security. With the guidance and advice of some trusted professionals in the professional search industry, Jesse launched Tutela Talent in 2017.  Tutela quickly became a trusted source for production to VP-level talent with technology start-ups, mid-sized, and Fortune companies nationwide.  Recently, Jesse Meadors was selected to become a Forbes.jobs recruiter on their new platform which is transforming how recruiters and companies connect.  Only 6% of all recruiters that applied for this prestigious role were accepted and Jesse was the first Cyber Security recruiter accepted on their platform.
